Welcome to Eventro! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Eventro platform, operated from Warri, Delta State, Nigeria.

By accessing or using Eventro, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Accounts

To use Eventro, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Sharing your account details is strictly prohibited.

Eventro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Event Organizers

Event organizers must provide accurate details about their events. Misleading or fraudulent events will lead to immediate account suspension.

Organizers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Nigerian laws and regulations regarding public events.

3. Ticketing & Fees

Eventro facilitates ticket sales and registration for events. A service fee of 1.75% plus applicable payment processor fees applies to each paid ticket transaction.

Eventro does not handle cash payments. All transactions must go through our integrated payment system.

4. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Eventro does not issue refunds once a transaction is completed.

Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the event organizer.

5. Termination

We may terminate your access to Eventro if you violate these Terms.

Event organizers found engaging in fraudulent activities will be permanently banned.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delta State, Nigeria.

7. Changes to Terms

Eventro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

We will notify users of significant changes through email or platform notifications.
