01 Who We Are
1.1 Eventro Services
Welcome to Eventro! We are a ticketing and registration platform dedicated to bringing people together through live experiences. Through our platform, mobile apps, and services, we enable people all over the world to create, discover, share, and register for events.
Eventro's products, features, and offerings are available (a) online through various Eventro properties including, without limitation, Eventro, Eventro Communities, Eventro Music, Eventro Venue, and others ("Site(s)"); (b) off-platform, including, without limitation, RFID, entry management, sponsorship, and marketing or distribution services; and (c) through mobile applications, webpages, application programming interfaces, and subdomains ("Applications"). Collectively, these are referred to as "Eventro Properties" or our "Services".
1.2 Who's Who
When this Privacy Policy uses the term "Organizer," we mean event creators using the Services to create events for Attendees using our Services (a) to consume information about, or attend, events ("Attendees"), or (b) for any other reason. Organizers, Attendees, and third parties using our Services are all referred to in these Terms collectively as "Users," "you," or "your".
Eventro is a product of KOBU Innovative Solutions, with its principal place of business at 86, Airport Road, Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria ("Eventro," "us," "we," or "our"). 02 Our Privacy Statement
2.1 Application
This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to information that can be associated with or which relates to a person and/or could be used to identify a person ("Personal Data") that is collected from Users on or through the Services. This policy also covers personal data collected from Eventro sales customers and prospects. We take the privacy of your Personal Data seriously.
"Non-Personal Data" as used in this Privacy Policy is any information that does not relate to a person and/or cannot be used to identify a person. When you interact with the Services, we may collect Non-Personal Data. The limitations and requirements in this Privacy Policy on our collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and storage/retention of Personal Data do not apply to Non-Personal Data.
03 Personal Data That We Collect
When you use or interact with us through the Services or engage with Eventro as a sales customer or prospect, we may collect Personal Data. Sometimes this will be on our own behalf and other times this will be on behalf of an Organizer using our Services to run an event.
3.1 Information Collected From All Users
- Information you provide to us: For all Users, we collect Personal Data when you voluntarily provide such information to the Services, such as registering for access, contacting queries, buying tickets, etc. This includes name, email address, content interests, and other identifiable info.
- Information we automatically collect: We automatically collect technical data (Automatic Data) from your device/browser, including IP address, device characteristics, and browsing statistics via Cookies and similar technologies.
3.2 Information Collected From Organizers
If you are an Organizer, we will collect additional Personal Data from you.
- Provided Information: Credit card info for secured payments, financial info for payouts (bank account), tax info, and phone number for verification.
- Third-party sources: We may receive data from marketing partners, banks, and credit agencies.
3.3 Information Collected From Attendees
If you are an Attendee, we will collect additional Personal Data from you, sometimes for our own purposes and other times on behalf of an Organizer.
- Provided Information: Financial info for paid events. Organizers may also request custom registration info which they control.
- Third-party sources: Social media integrations, credit card banks, and other attendees.
04 How We Use Your Personal Data
We collect and use the Personal Data we collect in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. We may use the Personal Data as follows:
Specific Reason
Using data for the purpose it was provided (e.g., resolving support emails).
Access and Use
Granting access to specific features based on provided identity or qualifications.
Internal Business
Improving services, preventing fraud, enforcing terms, and customer service.
Marketing
Sending promotional materials or event recommendations based on interests.
Organizer Emails
Delivering emails from Organizers to their attendees via our system.

Making inferences to customize recommendations and target advertising.
