Does Eventro have a mobile app?
Eventro is a Progressive Web App (PWA), meaning you don’t need to download a separate app. You can install it directly from your browser.
Does Eventro support virtual or hybrid events?
Eventro does not host virtual events directly. However, organizers can create physical, virtual, and hybrid events and provide a meeting URL and access code.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, users can delete their accounts at any time.

Can I edit my event after it is live?
Yes, organizers can edit their event details until the event start date.
Can I use Eventro for free?
Yes! Eventro is free for organizers. Attendees pay a 1.75% commission plus the payment processor fee when purchasing tickets.
Does Eventro offer a refund policy?
No, Eventro does not have a refund policy. Refunds are not processed through the platform.
How does ticketing work on Eventro?
Organizers can create multiple ticket types (free, paid, or donation-based). Attendees receive their tickets via email and can access them within the platform.
What payment methods does Eventro support?
Eventro currently integrates only with Paystack for payments.
Can I offer discounts on tickets?
Yes, organizers can enable early bird discounts for tickets.
Does Eventro have a ticket scanning tool?
Yes! Eventro provides a QR code scanning tool that organizers can use to validate tickets at the event entrance.
