Participants learn to eliminate manual data entry using AI tools and smart spreadsheet setups. Topics include data validation rules, dropdown menus, auto-fill formulas, and using AI (Claude/ChatGPT) to clean messy data, generate bulk entries, and correct formatting errors.
Project: Build an AI-assisted client or product data entry template in Excel or Google Sheets with validation, error-proofing, and an automated summary row.
Module 02 — Bookkeeping in Google Sheets for Small Businesses
A complete small business accounting setup using Google Sheets. Covers chart of accounts, income and expense tracking, automatic categorisation using IF/VLOOKUP formulas, bank reconciliation basics, and a monthly profit & loss statement that updates automatically.
Project: Build a fully functional bookkeeping workbook for a sample small business, complete with live P&L dashboard.
Module 03 — The Payroll Toolkit
Build a payroll management system in Excel or WPS Sheets. Covers staff records, gross salary calculation, PAYE tax computation, pension deductions, net pay output, and auto-generated payslips. Participants also learn to use AI to write complex nested IF formulas for tax brackets.
Project: A complete payroll workbook for a 10-person team, with a printable/exportable payslip sheet for each employee.
Module 04 — Investor-Ready Financial Model
This is the signature module. Participants build a multi-sheet financial model designed to support fundraising conversations with investors. Covers revenue projections, cost modelling, capital deployment plan, ROI tiers, break-even analysis, and an investor summary dashboard.

Module 05 — Inventory Management with Excel
Participants build a live inventory management system. Topics include product catalogue setup, stock-in/stock-out recording, automatic reorder level alerts using conditional formatting, supplier tracking, and inventory valuation using FIFO/average cost methods.
